Bus two days a week.
Last year: Skills tutor (computer based) teachers managed the students. Reading and Math. Same day.
This year: Vision: a Language day and a Math day. 5,6,7th grade groups. No homework completion (Grant rules.) Vision from some teachers Fun, skills reinforcement. Program to start in early November.
Issues: Staffing. Number of students. Need to make the grant work with number of students. Drop in and out not going to be encouraged. Prep time.
Action: look for e-mail to all to see if there is interest in staffing the program.

Do you need to grade it if you get a late assignment and the homework DT is that afternoon.
It is a lot of work for the teachers.
Do they work on the right stuff in the study hall?
